Terms of Services

This site and associated services are intended to provide authoritative and useful information about the subjects presented, including communication strategy, conflict resolution, and mediation.  However, neither this site nor the owner are engaged in the rendering of legal, financial, or other professional advice governed by State or other licensure.  As individual situations are fact-dependent and will vary, users of this site or its advertised services are encouraged to additionally retain the services of a qualified, licensed professional in these areas if they believe it would benefit their particular situation.

Copywriting

Prices will be quoted up front, in writing, for a given project.  Quoted prices include 2 revisions (after the rough draft).  50% payment is due at the start, the rest upon completion.

Acceptance of a contract is indicated by 50% upfront payment, and I am not liable for changes in project or scope after initial payment is accepted.  I will make every effort to work with you, but bottom line, there are no refunds of this binder if a project is killed after I begin work.  All writing becomes property of the customer after final payment, though I may request to use the work as a portfolio piece with your permission.

Personal Writing

For personal writing projects, to include resumes, cover letters, complaint letters, grievances, or other documents and correspondence, fees are $50 per page with one rough draft and one revision.  Additional document revisions beyond this will be $25 per page. Upfront minimum of $50 is required, with any remainder due upon billing.

Marketing Consulting

On site consultations are billed at $75 hour, 2-hour minimum.  No additional expenses will be billed within 120 drive mile radius of zipcode 30114.  Expenses for locations beyond this will be billed at cost plus 15%.

Meeting/ Group Facilitation

Meeting and Group Facilitations are billed in half-day increments of $400 per half day for meetings at the customer’s site or customer secured location.  No additional expenses will be billed within 120 drive mile radius of zipcode 30114.  Expenses for locations beyond this will be billed at cost plus 15%

Mediation Services

Exact terms of a mediation will be agreed upon by all parties in an “Agreement to Mediate” prior to any mediation session.  Mediation services fees are expected to be shared equally by both parties.  For a standard, two-party mediation, total fee is $100 per hour, minimum 4 hours.  There is a 15% discount if the parties provide the location or in situations wherein the mediator is not required to secure a meeting location.  No additional expenses will be billed within 120 drive mile radius of zipcode 30114.  Expenses for locations beyond this will be billed at cost plus 15%

Drafting of Agreements and Settlements will be performed as part of the hourly rate, if requested by the parties, and will be included within the 4-hour minimum if time allows.

For non-represented parties, the 4-hour minimum will be due in full prior to mediation, with any remainder due upon billing.  For represented parties, attorneys will be billed directly.

Speaker’s Fees and Private Coaching

Speaking and coaching fees will vary upon the context and particular requirements.  Call to inquire.
