My experience across the last decade has been that of a salesperson and marketer.  My academic background and degree is in Technical and Professional Communication.  I have also received a variety of special training, including an approved program in Alternative Dispute Resolution.  With this experience, I’ve learned what it takes to find answers, solve problems, and get results.
